Brayden went on his 7th flight to Atlanta this past weekend. He was such a trooper on the flight. He wooed all the stewardesses and charmed the people around us. We got to Atlanta early so as a family we could see some sights.
First we went to the Georgia Aquarium. Brayden loved all the bright colors!
We were in a tunnel surrounded with fish. Brayden loved seeing fish above him!
Brayden liked to snack on his hands as he dreamed of fish sticks!
After a while the tour got very dark for Brayden.
We also got the chance to go to the World of Coke. Scott could only stay for a little while, so we saw as much as we could in a short amount of time.
Here is the tasting room. You can taste 64 flavors of pop from all over the world. We didn't let Brayden try any, I didn't want him to get any cavities.
He didn't mind!
This time he pretended his hand tasted like cherry coke!
We took him swimming at the hotel daily. The indoor pool is located right next to a huge ballroom. The first night we got in our swimsuits and floaties and headed to swim and were surprised to find Prom going on next door! So we got to walk the red carpet with the high school kids and tell them that this is the end result of our prom night, be careful!! I think we put a damper on some of the kids after parties.
The next night we headed down to swim to once again be greeted by another Prom! We tried to blend in as we snuck into the pool!
You might wonder how we bathe a baby on the road. We have found he likes to float on his back and kick in the tub. He was lucky to have his dad help him after swimming in this picture.
When Scott was gone at work I took Brayden to the park and walked around. Apparently one day I walked the wrong direction in downtown Atlanta. Did you know Atlanta has some seedy areas? Well, apparently I walked Brayden to one of those places. I decided not to take pictures of that area! After realizing that I was running out of options of places to go, I decided to go back to the Aquarium for another trip! That was a safe spot!
Brayden was a champ in Atlanta. On to Austin Texas!
