Kelsey and Josh get married!!

This weekend was long anticipated! After bridal shows, dress fittings, and alterations, it was finally the weekend of THE WEDDING!
The unique thing about all us bridesmaids is that we have been friends for years, out of the 7 of us, 6 went to Aloha high school. Christina didn't go to Aloha with us, but junior high with Kels. We have adopted her as our own. :) We have known each other for a long time. What's even stranger is that after all this time Kelsey still wanted us in her wedding!
Friday we went with the bride to be to get our nails done.
We basically took up the whole salon and scared other customers away!
This next picture busts me up. I tried to get Heather, Kelsey, and myself in the picture. This is the result:

The next morning all us girls met Kelsey at her bridal suite and got ready with her.
Needless to say she was breath taking!

All of us girls had matching shoes. The shoes were very beautiful and high. (I need more height in my life.) I was determined to wear them all night.

Before she took off we prayed for her.

Once at the venue we took pictures and then waited for the wedding. Along the way the idea of chicken got brought up, and us bridesmaids needed to have some before the ceremony!

The three of us and been through so many stages of life together. How lucky and rare is that?

After Scott performed his first marriage we headed to a good time at the reception.

I just love the fun we have together.

By far my favorite picture.

With the bride

It was a beautiful wedding complete with an ice cream bar and photo booth. Josh's vows were well crafted and yet funny. Kelsey looked amazing and was a very gracious bride. Oct. 6th will be a good day to celebrate from this day forward!

Good Wine - Oh how we missed you!

My father is a case buyer at Penner Ash and knows the way to get our attention. He simply tells us he is going to pick up some wine and we tag along with him in hope of free wine tastings. Scott will never say no to wine tastings.

Scott showed B the grapes that were used for the wine. It just made B hungry and want grapes.
Good thing Gaga was near to help look for other interesting things.

All the pictures, but where is the wine?

Oh good! Yes, B was drinking his 'wine' too. It surprisingly tasted very watery.
A gardener took pity on B and pulled up a fresh carrot for B. This made B really like wine tasting.

What a beautiful day for wine!!!

Leaving Oregon, onto California!

After 3 days of being in our house we decided to keep things fresh and new by leaving for a week and following Scott to San Fransisco. Scott is gone Monday- Thursday weekly now, so any chance to keep our family together we try.
About an hour before we were going to the airport our Pilot got delivered to us after going cross country. This is just part of the 'parting gift' we got on the side of the car from our move. And if you didn't hear Scott got hit in a 7 car accident right before moving, so now both of our cars are damaged. Thanks Indy.
Once in San Fransisco we love to visit Kings Noodle House.
While Scott worked B and I drove over to Alemeda to visit with my cousin Katie and her kids. Maria is a few months older than Brayden. It's very sweet to see them playing together.

Bailey has always been so kind to Brayden.
Brayden and I were so lucky to meet up with Lara and Andy who were also in town for the conference. It was Lara's first time in San Fran, so it was extra special to spend time with her!

I got to quickly slip out for 2 hours, kid free, to see Scott's event his company put on. Thanks Nancy for watching B!
Iconic spot!

Since Scott works all day and night this is what we do:
Needless to say we need to get out! So we headed to the Exploratoriam. It's a science center with hands on activites. This visit confirmed my choice in college not to go the science route. It was fun, but also slightly confusing at times.

Not sure what this is for.

Bubbles I can handle.

I love this! He looks so old!

After Scott's busy week we headed to my other cousin's house for dinner. It was wonderful to meet Jack, the newest addition to our extended family.

While Scott and I loved on Jack, Bailey and B did boy things. (AKA made a mess!)

All four cousins together!

The next morning we decided to take a family outing to The Little Farm. It is exactly what you think it is. B loved it!
Everyone says these two look alike, what do you think?

"Baby Moo"

Next we went to a steam train. It's was little, but perfect for B.

He smiled and waved the whole ride. He yelled "all aboard" a good amount too!

Because we just don't get the hint to go away, cousin Katie hosted a dinner at her house the next night. We had yet again another wonderful night being with family!

B was excited to share cupcakes with Maria!

We can't leave California before making one stop first......
