Avonlea's first birthday

Just like for Brayden's parties, Kelsey came to help me create 75 cupcakes. This is our 4th time making kid cupcakes for parties. She is a very good sport and I think we are getting better over time.

Avonlea's theme was Wish Upon A Star.

We had the party at the Tigard Indoor Play Park. It was perfect for the little kids and the big ones.

Grandma helped with the cookies. The wands turned out perfect!

This little one was a little out of sorts after the whole cupcake experience. She was so tired.

After nap time we went to celebrate at the swim park.

Once home we unwrapped presents.

Lets try this cupcake thing once more time.

We wanted you so badly little girl. You are a very bright baby that has made us laugh a lot but also kept us humble. For the family you are a ray of sunshine. Happy first birthday.

Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast

At With Love, we are 100% volunteer lead. We decided to celebrate those people who make this nonprofit run. 

Adriane did a great job helping put this thing on with me. It's like the old days when we taught together. She is amazing.

Volunteers grabbed food and mingled.

I gave a vision casting talk as well as a review of how far we have come.

We showed the clip called ReMoved. It's so well done. It really is amazing.

Emily, who is a foster mom, came and talked about her journey with her kids. She really was amazing at sharing her journey and the impact With Love, makes.

This was a wonderful morning with great volunteers and energy, We have come so far.
